Fall Spiced Granola


Ingredients: 8 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups almonds, chopped
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup pureed pumpkin
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. 
2. Combine the first four ingredients and mix well.
3. Using a food processor, combine all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
4. Pour pumpkin mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until the nuts and oatmeal are completely coated. 
5. Divide the granola into two pans.
6. Bake the granola for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through. 
7. Serve with yogurt. Healthy and yummy!
